Eating too many foods that have no calorie content is also not recommended and may lead to obesity or overweight. At the same time, eating foods with too many calories but low nutritional value might leave very less room for healthy food.

 

It has been observed that many people prefer to go in for low carb diets, but then, they need to realize that such a diet cannot last for long, and can just be a short-term body weight and fat loss diet. Also, such a diet may lead to other health concerns like high cholesterol, kidney problems, osteoporosis, kidney stones and ketosis.
