Another type of Oolong tea quite famous among people is the Se Chung tea. This tea comes from the Fujian Province in China. This beverage is a unique unrolled tea that is sophisticated, spicy and fragrant. The tealeaf is dark, fermented and has charcoal brown leaf with green highlights. The tea has an earthly flavor. Once the tea is prepared in its normal method, it reveals dark amber liquor that has flavors of peonies and chrysanthemums. It also has a spicy peppery finish. Se Chung tea has the capability to heal cold sickness. Many Chinese legends are associated with this tea.
